The course is aimed at Technical Managers, Quality Managers, Verifiers of Type A, B and C Inspection Bodies and all public and private Organisations that provide or intend to provide and assess Inspection activities in accordance with ISO/IEC 17020.
Objectives
The course aims to support Inspection Bodies in adopting an ISO/IEC 17020 compliant Management System, identifying ways to improve their operations and helping Organisations to provide evidence of compliance with requirements.
At the end of the course, participants will receive certificates of attendance and profit certificates.

The structure of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020;

Organisational requirements, responsibilities and structure of Inspection Organisations conforming to the standard;

Focus on the competence of personnel and training requirements necessary to guarantee the quality and reliability of the Inspection;

Analysis of the operational procedures required by the standard, including the drafting of Inspection;
The aspects of impartiality and confidentiality; -
Equipment, resources and infrastructure required to conduct reliable Inspections;

Internal and external audits;

Strategies for the continuous improvement of Inspection processes according to the standards of the Standard.

Duration: 8 hours divided over two days - from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Zoom digital platform.
