About it
Our Urban Defence workshops do more than just teach techniques: they transform the way you perceive safety.
They train the mind even before the body, developing awareness, quick decision-making and confidence in your own abilities.
Learning self-defence means:
• Feeling safer in any situation;
• Reacting calmly under pressure;
• Protecting yourself and others responsibly.
It is a tangible investment in your quality of life, both at work and in your personal life.

Objectives and benefits
1. Active prevention: don’t wait for something to happen – learn to recognise the warning signs and take action in advance. True safety stems from the ability to prevent;
2. Awareness and control: managing critical situations requires a cool head and mental clarity. Our Urban Defence workshops provide practical and psychological tools to help you maintain control even in the most delicate moments;
3. Individual empowerment: more confident people create better working environments. Strengthening personal safety means improving well-being, performance and the workplace atmosphere.
Why take part: the tangible benefits
Regulatory compliance: investing in Urban Defence workshops means turning regulatory compliance into a real competitive advantage.
-
Compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08: the training actively contributes to protecting the health and safety of workers, reducing exposure to physical and situational risks that are often underestimated;
-
Reduction in accidents and incidents: more aware and better-prepared staff are less exposed to critical situations, with a direct impact on absenteeism, litigation and business costs;
-
Access to INAIL incentives (OT23): training on prevention can help secure reductions in insurance premiums, generating a tangible financial return;
-
Skills certification: demonstrating that staff have been trained on these topics strengthens the company’s position in relation to audits, tenders and corporate social responsibility.

Tax benefits: this is not an expense, but an initiative that optimises company resources.
-
100% tax-deductible: the investment qualifies as a fully tax-deductible expense, reducing the tax burden;
-
Integration into welfare schemes: Urban Defence workshops can be incorporated into corporate welfare programmes, increasing the perceived value for employees without directly affecting labour costs;
-
Zero social security contributions: no additional contribution burden, offering an immediate advantage over other forms of investment in staff;
-
Reduction in indirect costs: fewer accidents, less stress, lower staff turnover = lower hidden costs associated with replacements, reduced productivity and emergency management.

Human value: through a direct impact on people.
-
Stress management in critical situations: participants will learn to remain clear-headed and in control even under pressure;
-
Development of essential soft skills and training in transferable skills: such as assertive communication, risk assessment, problem-solving and self-control;
-
Team building: practical activities foster genuine collaboration among colleagues, strengthening mutual trust, improving conflict management and enhancing a sense of belonging.

Taking part means equipping people with practical tools that can be used immediately, boosting confidence, autonomy and the ability to manage critical situations.
Safety is not just theory: it is a skill to be put into practice.
Recipients
The courses are aimed at men and women from any Organisation who are interested in issues relating to the prevention of violence and its various forms, and who wish to build their self-esteem and self-confidence: practising self-defence helps to overcome fears and boost self-confidence; furthermore, the ability to defend oneself in potentially dangerous situations can help one feel safer and more confident in everyday life.
